Benny there are a couple of things you are overlooking.
1. Did you thoroughly read the fins? We are a little
Way off of a share buy back. We need to get to and maintain

3.reverse splits only cause problems when management teams split then dilute. If they use it as a took to gain a solid platform to execute it would be nothing
But a good thing. This management team has already
Demonstrated that this is not their M/O an that they are trying
To regain control of the share structure. Otherwise everyone's relative holdings
Would remain the same.
