I would personally like to thank this board and it's members for helping me stick to this through a few questionable times. (Buy, it goes red, buy more, it keeps going red. WTF am I doing.)
As someone who was clinically diagnosed (no joke, boatload of meds) with anxiety issues my wife thought I was out of my mind getting into investing. Between the time I started (Jan 2014 for the 1st time) and now I've died a thousand deaths.
My wife's an anthropologist and studies people and cultures. I tried to explained to her BidA and BDB and Leafy (and all of the rest you non-bashers) and it didn't compute because it was a virtual world.
There's a book in the making about how a cyber community with a common vision came together to help each other believe they weren't crazy. A huge part of that is due to Bill's transparency, openness and honesty (plus photos of concrete and steel).
We're not out of the woods (damn that little voice again, where's my meds) but seeing my FITX total go green today for the 1st time almost brought me to tears.
Sincerely, thank you, to all of you.
GO FITX!!
PS - BigA: Your photo post of NY brought a human element to quest in a VERY important way. Thank you for making the trip, posting the photos and getting Bill to buy some regular clothes. I really fell like I'm part of this and it's VERY real.
Forgive tpyo's.
