Absolutely not. There is an agreement in place that will not allow Baltia employees to do this.
However, someone with a $%*# load of shares who got them really cheap (like sub penny through PP) could take a chunk and dump them in one big shot - which would send the pps tumbling.
That action in turn would probably scare the $%*# out of the marginal investors who don't really have a clue as to what is going on with BLTA....and get them to dump their shares once and for all.
So......now the initiator of the pps free-fall can scoop up cheapies over the next couple of weeks and ultimately double or triple his "hand" in less than 30 days (BTW....it is a lot easier to triple your money when the stock is trading at .012 than when it is trading at .017)..............
