$BCAP SEC reporting status:
$BCAP is now pink current and is working towards having its S-1 registration. $BCAP will become a voluntary filer with the SEC as of the next Quarterly report per the 10/11/2012 PR:
" $BCAP has been restored to "Current Information" on OTCMarkets. The Company plans on filing the 3rd Quarter Report on OTCMarkets then all future reports on SEC.gov."
