with good news from the court decisions this should have been a day to get into .0005's. I'm sure the increase in a/s has hurt quite a bit. Doesn't mean we are dead in the water but it does set us back for awhile. I'm sure it has given the other side fodder to chew on. If they have a good reason I hope they let us know in due time.
