Just checking random states, but my understanding was they already applied probably in March for licenses in every state, correct?
Well, just randomly checked Oregon, and I don't see anything. On top of that, you can see applications scanned in that haven't been processed yet. From 2/3 through 4/17, I did not see Marani at all.
Disclaimers:
a) I might have missed it...I went page by page, but you never know.
b) Maybe you don't need that particular license from the OLCC for an out of state distillery. However, from poking around on their website, I'm pretty sure you do.
If someone else wants to check into this and confirm anything on that research, please go ahead. Like I said, I might have missed it or you might not need it, but I don't think I missed it and I think you need it. Leaves me a little discouraged at the moment if they "applied in every state".
