I believe Gaylord was the old GP plant. they were never mentioned...but it seemed to fit......only speculation though.

Midland was the Dow project
I have come close to finding the Florida project, but have not firmed it up enough to comment. The Maryland one is still unknown to me...but I have found things in the past that may suggest a conclusion/closure to such.
One note here....you can find records of business filings relating to Gaylord and Midland. When seeing those..that means that something was at one time a "go". I have not found any entities relating to Maryland and Florida...which suggests that it is still ongoing currently...or never reached a "go" status.
The Florida one looks to be the best ticket.....but I would rather not comment on what I have found so far.
