Arrrrgh, sorry I've been away.. total technical difficulties in my house this weekend... no phone, no internet..... apparently a bad modem that I had to rush out and replace this morning... their first appointment time wasn't till Wednesday... I almost choked... WEDNESDAY??? UNACCEPTABLE !!!! ~ LOL... I'll be over there to pick up a new one and do it myself... sheeeeesh, it's not rocket science.... so still having one problem after another with the new one this morning... I am proud to say everything is now working and I'm back.

You guys are bring up some good questions here... it's great we can discuss things with rational heads.

Only thing that really bugs me is we still don't know ANYTHING. I just don't get how they can suspend a stock without more defined reasons and not just some sort of cryptic statement that could mean a number of things.

I haven't called Etrade yet to see what they have to say but I'm sure it's going to be just like everyone else... "They just don't know" either.

I saw one of the firms filed suit... has anyone checked Pacer to see if it's up yet and what it says?
