I agree with you on SF... But the company would be smart to make a comment - Its their product and I am sure that they would want people to know where they can get it. SO would the distributor, but they probably do not want to be mentioned, just the retail point of sale.
For states - We know they have their certificate of compliance in Cali and FLA. I keep checking Mass and NY. It's not hard when you research on each state's .gov site... Just takes a little effort.
Everyone should grab a state or 2 and watch it closely. Look - to be sold in each state, the state mainly requires that the product be registered so that wholesalers and distributors can sell it. this is less work than what they did on Cali. It would be nice if Marani could supply a list of where they have filed.. I know that is too much to ask.
Maybe break the list into those with a completed certificate of compliance and those where mail delivery is accepted?
