My own thoughts as to why Bill brought in Mr. Germinario;
Bill is a lawyer who quite experienced himself in the legalities of running a business in Canada, and the U.S. As he grows this company, he is going to get into areas where he need a different kind of expertise.
Mr. Germinario has the experience of working with the S.E.C., and has an integral understanding in all aspects of being compliant for up-listing to American exchanges.
He is also the "go to guy" in the field of A.D.R.s, a financial device that allows Americans to trade in other countries. He also is highly skilled in the financial tools that allow foreign markets to trade in American companies.
Bill has plans to expand our product into the world market. As our brand becomes more visible on a global scale, our visibility in the foreign markets will aid in that growth.
I see Mr, Geminario's skills as a valuable asset to a company with the long term potential of this one.
