Lets see if I'm correct.
On iHub someone posted they voted their 20M shares in favor. I am sure others voted today either because of the PR or the rise in price. I know some people emailed Matt after the PR was released.
Assume the 20M vote is real, Jan-has-art is a known about to be voter, so we're really close to the final 80M with what we know.
Mid-October starts Monday (10/15/2012). That's the time-window when the S-1 registration process is supposed to begin. Assume Matt contacts Broadridge Monday PM, then a PR Tuesday / Wednesday would be likely.
Throw in a third piece of information on the virgin shell and we're in very good shape for a substantive PR next week
