Most of your private placement guys (minimum investment $10,000 per block) are people with too much money who don't know what to do with it.....and more importantly.....they are in for the long haul.
Don't expect the PPs to be "dumping" any time soon. They invested with a 6 month restriction because they knew they would not be selling for any small gains (like 2x, 3x, 4x, etc.) but rather are looking for the big kill when Baltia maximizes its potential (somewhere between 10x to 50x).
Plus, those PPs want to take advantage of the tax consequences: anything held less than a year is taxed at 40%. Over 1 year the tax rate is cut in half......to 20%.
Those little considerations mean a lot when the investments are large.
What is reported by the financial community as the "float" is a very far cry (way over estimated) from what the actual float will be when push comes to shove.............
