anytime!  I thought it may kick in a little sooner this time around.  last time it was a week or so before the vote.  Im thinking 2-3 weeks before this time around.  once it starts  its going to absolutely beautiful!  some will be selling with huge profits  from here,  maybe 500%  or so and then they will be pissed when it runs another 500% and another 500%  god forbid washington or colorado pass the legalization vote because then we are looking at the dot com era all over again but it will be the green rush.  you all have been warned.
