I wouldn't doubt a tanker truck was on site. JBI owns a couple of tanker trucks. If anyone remembers, Mr. Bordynuik paid shareholders' money to buy a money-losing blending facility from his uncle/aunt's boyfriend. There were tanker trucks which came with that.
Apparently those tanker trucks were strategically parked in front of the building at the shareholders's meeting in April 2010. No, Mr. Bordynuik didn't actually say they were there because they were ready to deliver fresh crude oil to eager buyers so if shareholders assumed those trucks were parked there for some real purpose, they were just making bad assumptions.
