A merger would certainly make it more likely possible to entertain but NASDAQ has very thorough requirements to meet prior to uplisting.
Not trying to be pessimistic, i think FITX will get there one day but they have a higher likelihood of uplisting within the OTC
When we uplist and become registered with SEC and become a reporting company, look out, there's no stopping us. John Germinario is evidence of the direction FITX is taking.
