The newness of the incorporation seems to beg the question as to what relation "I Equity Capital Markets, Inc." may have, if any, to SKTO or to the planned merger. At least, it solves the riddle of the origin of Lin Han Equity which entity comes up in SKTO/AEGY history. (As an historical footnote, the great Han Dynasty thrived in China from 206 B.C. to A.D. 220 -- ca. 425 years. Han is a common surname in the Chinese mainland.)
