the buying pressure needs to continue. However i dont think the person who bought all those shares wants to let anything too risky happen to his investment. He more than likely has funds available to keep the trend happening so to attract the next person who will allow him to go green!

People like that usually like to protect their investment by making the stock look good to another with large pockets. Imagine if he didnt keep the stock at .004+ then he would be vulnerable to the .002-.003's until the next buyer comes along.

It is only a matter of time. Also another factor to consider is that people like this usually buy right before big news as to not buy too early and tie up funds if they have other investments running at the same time.
