Agreed mdimport, when I met with Matt, he told me he expected a S1 out of RIGH, and that is the way to determine what his equity in them is.  I thought that an S1 had to be filed prior to name/cusip change, but am apparantly wrong on that thought.  If anyone know's for sure, please let the board know.  Thanks.
