Put resposiblity where it is due-CEO-PERIOD.
Lost a few dollars here--was not FOOLED the second time.
Initial purchase was during the initial stages.
Too bad the CEO only had SELF-INTEREST. No concern for shareholders.
Things could have been very different.
It is obvious what is happening here. DILUTION.
This could have been a real money maker with a different CEO.
Take care of the businees-and the businees will take care of you.
NOT vice versa.
