The Canadian MMPR specifically forbids edibles. Anyone involved in edibles would immediately have their application rejected.
In BC as a result of a BC Court of Appeal decision edibles are allowed at compassion clubs. No one who has participated in that (although legally sanctioned by the Court of Appeal) has been approved by Health Canada.
I am glad FITX has stayed away from it.
