Canadian Investor is a buddy of mine. I know he lost about $25k.
I think he is just pissed off. I just called and left a message on his cell. I will tell him to knock it off.
Everyone relax people can threaten law suits but I don't see any basis for a suit.
For a lawsuit you have to show 1. a duty of care 2. a breach of duty of care 3. damages.
A CEO for FITX does not have a duty of care to PHOT investors.
That being said this is unwise. I also lost on PHOT I know how they feel.
