Yep. The FITX BOD would take surplus funds (PROFITS) and determine a PPS dividend, maybe $0.01, $0.02, $0.10 or whatever dividend per each OS and it would be paid on the date the BOD announced as the effective date.

BTW, this will be several years down the road for us. I would plan on a share repurchase occurring before dividend payments. IMHO
