Here is an example of what I am looking for:

RadioShack (RSH): After 5 down days, this stock is ready to rebound. The recent news about the company being in negotiations with creditors is only speculative at this time, and if the company clarifies the state of the company, this stock might rebound on any positive signs. Since the market value has been hammered down, this company might be the perfect buy-out opportunity.

Basically, this summary gives some basic info to other MVP members.
