As much as has been said about Citidel, I have to tell you this, I was talking my neice through buying TECO today, (her first stock) when she told me how many shares she was buying, I was watching Level II when  her shares went through her ameritrade account. They were put up on Citi. As she hit sent I saw their # jump by that amount. So just to say those were not Phantom shares.  Just saying. Go Teco long and strong.
