I'm getting the feeling that JR has been skittish about announcing anything until it's a done deal, which only makes sense. This includes not just announcing the filing of the 211, but also it's approval.

Announcing the filing of the 211 means nothing until it's approved, and I can see JR not wanting to jinx his already bad luck. It'd be just his/our bad luck that he'd PR the 211 filing, and some bonehead would throw their wrench in the mix and get FINRA/brokers to stall it.

Maybe with some luck, we'll just wake up one morning to find MMs on bid and ask, and a PR following it afterwards, announcing No Action and business as usual again.
