That cease and desist letter was over three years ago. I haven't heard back, either regarding what exactly Mr. Bordynuik felt I was posting which was incorrect nor to proceed with a suit.
At a minimum if Mr. Bordynuik felt I was truly posting anything which wasn't true, he could have addressed it. If he could have shown anything I said was untrue, I would have happily retracted that part. I'm not here to post anything which isn't true.
Mr. Bordynuik reads these boards. Most, if not all, of the previous board members were posters on IHub and Mr. Irons was plucked from IHub for investor relations. Mr. Bordynuik certainly reads what I'm posting. My offer to correct anything I've said which is incorrect certainly still stands...likewise if anyone else can point out anything I've said which is incorrect, I will thank them for the corrections...as long as those corrections aren't just someone's opinion.

Yes, I understand your penny stock also is the real deal, created with the inventiveness of Edison and destined to be the next Microsoft. Yes, I understand that the delays are also only because your company is making their product and/or technology even more revolutionary.
