Just the threat of common shareholders exercising their rights under Title 8 of the Delaware code could force changes at SKTO that improve how the company is managed and how common shareholders are served, as well as putting them on notice that they are fiduciaries as well as managers. This winning move for common shareholders should have been done months ago, but it's not too late.
