third scenario is deal related imo. we will wait for the company to clarify on the a/s increase front. could be gift shares related. could be anything right now. one thing we know is that shares o/s for the gift can't be more than 3.5 billion. so things look positive that way imo.

i wish i saw a lot of evidence. company hasn't explained their revenues yet. gcm was very small time & not complete yet. and the "delphin" we haven't heard bleep yet about how much it bought in. so we wait.
