Explain why JBI shouldn't be able to sell a processor to Crayola. They already have an agreement with them. I would think it would be in Crayola's best interest to buy a processor and get back some of their costs of having the waste product shipped.

If JBI can't sell a processor to Crayola there is something seriously wrong with the business model.
