My guess is that like most of the mergers/contracts/partnerships in penny companies the CV deal was way overhyped as a revenue producer and was never going to produce much if anything. People bought shares based on 285 airports and $192K per. People also bought shares based on the shows being in Dr offices and medical facilities. Never happened, overhyped, outright lies and half truths.

What these contracts mostly do is get people to buy shares.
