Timelines are the issue $BCAP is going to face going forward. Due to the mess made by the financial services industry in 2002-2008, there is a heavy regulatory clamp down on all activity. IMO this will persist for a couple of decades, just like de-regulation lasted 30 years (Regean through Bush Jr.). The upside is that anyone who squeaks in will have a great operating environment,
