From my understanding, we automatically go to the grey/gray unless something "magical" happens which recently did with MDDD, although not a good example because they are in jeopardy of being suspended again but still it proves it can happen.

I was lurking around over there earlier and I swear it took all my strength NOT to reply to some of that nonsense... I'll have to go over and read a little more to catch up.
