I know what you mean. I always considered them more of a specialty electronics store. I would go there for cables & cords, etc..
Probably 8 years back, I went to Best Buy to get a portable TV, and was surprisingly referred to RadioShack across the parking lot.
I have a feeling someone will buy them out.
Their market value is around $140 million at current prices and their revenue was $3.4 billion last year. There are tons of folks that could step in, cut expenses and make this profitable again.
I will have to take a look at their financials this weekend. However, the lower the share price goes, the more I am intrigued.
