The things I take away from this are, I believe the inner fence doesn't need to be completed for license, I feel there will be concrete poured at the base of the inner fence otherwise it'll be easy to dig under and enter site.
Looks like we're waiting for more fence to be delivered before calling for concrete??
A couple of reasons there are no workers on site, we have no idea what time this video was taken, to overcast to see shadows ect and it's Good Friday it would cost at least time and a half to work a holiday.
Cameras will be the last thing put in as a lot of sensitive electrical work needs to be done.
I'd still like to see that house used for growers or on site security instead of tearing it down.
I hope the guy talking on the video has a brighter outlook on life or else he must live a pretty miserable existence.
