The Preparation and Distribution link just posted seems to me like preliminary investigation into "addictive compounds" under Schedule 1 and 2, but I think something like that could take months even years. Also we don't know who will be completing the testing and analysis. They could fudge their data in order to maintain the current status.

My opinion on the matter is that the post is intriguing, but it still refers to the compounds as addictive. Therefore I believe the original poster over-analyzed the content and made huge speculation.

Sure, bring it to the attention of The Bill and The Sam, but they won't make any moves or spend too much money until they can guarantee that they are justly and duly protected in the states from Federal laws.
