Concerning the stock compensation of the directors and officers, does anyone have good knowledge of the following?

1. Were the shares given outright and shown on the books at the price stated?
2. Or were they instead given as options to buy at that price?
3. When did/do the shares granted become part of the OS?
4. When, if ever would the acquisition of these shares show as ticker trades?
5. When, if ever, would the sale of these shares show on the ticker?
