THE A/S INCREASE ISN'T THE WORST PART!! Did anyone else notice the other thing that happened with the 10B A/S increase? Either the Secretary of State of Nevada made a typo or the Authorized Capital went from:
$7,875,000.00

$1,125,000.00
Every A/S increase this year has been accompanied by huge increases in the Authorized Capital. Before, on a 10B fully diluted basis this was worth .0007 PPS. Now on a fully diluted basis you're talking .0001 PPS!! A R/S is imminent IMO!!
