Yes I do think that was coordinated and planned.
Also I would like some other people to give input on another strategic "plan" that I think Bill had.
Restricted shares came off of their restricted status April 1st and then again on April 15th. Is it "possible" that The Bill plans his timely PR just after these restrictions are lifted so as to "counter" the negative affect of the shares entering the float. To minimize the damage so to speak to the longs invested here.
Just a thought I had and it crossed my mind after the PPMG anouncement and before the appointment of John Germinario.
Any thoughts?
