Reacting to current negotiations of internal events, KMA Global Solutions Inc. for strategic reasons will hold off on releasing our 18 month timeline in the month of April.
Presently, we still anticipate a timely public release of our previously submitted material filings. These previously submitted fillings when released to the public will show a forward looking, extensive business plan that includes KMA Global Solutions Inc. becoming a fully reporting QB traded company combined with the merger of another RFID business.
KMA Global Solutions Inc. is confident that the reasoning behind the 3rd parties delay to make public our audited fillings will be rectified soon.
