One controversial thing Bill did say is that is that he saw the PHOT thing coming and that is why they filed the lawsuit.

PHOT investors are pissed by his comments. I think that is great that he was looking out for us (Fitx investors).

BTW as way of disclosure.... I held a modest position in PHOT (I used past tense because I am pretty sure it is lost).
