The report will be deemed to be filed on the filing due date if
the company timely files a Form 12b-25, and then files the report not later that the 15th calendar
day (for a 10-K) or 5th calendar day (for a 10-Q) following the due date for the missed report. It was due the 15Th of April.....
That is What I Like...Its Due Saturday, the 5th Calendar day....No Body is Open For Business and that takes us to Friday....The Market has a limited trading Day....Does Not Matter...."IT IS NOT AN OFFICIAL FEDERAL HOLIDAY" SSSsssOOOooo.....Look for the Close....and just what was that Tweet "CEO says the 22nd....."Could Be SOONER"!!!!
