Bells, not sure about the corporate charter for Deleware, I have 3 seperate Incorporations here in Ohio or should say 2 in Ohio and one out of Nevada. In my case I have possesion of the articles of corporation. I am not sure if anyone else has all the by-laws and articles other than myself. I know copies of tax id's names of officers and such had to be filed with a registered agent. Of course mine are not publicly traded so not sure where and if a copy could be obtained or viewed. nI would think the secretary of state would be the most logical place to search first. IMO!!
