If you've followed BCAP closely, you'll see Matt went to extraordinary lengths to avoid diluting BCAP.
Name me one other pinksheet that held a shareholder vote on a 24-month share structure freeze.
BCAP is generating revenues and not diluting its shareholders. It hasn't diluted for over 30 months, and my guess is it won't need to when the company starts reporting again.
