Ok, I thought the same thing at first...but then it got me thinking about one of my prior post.... let's just consider this for a moment... the below all involves the 2012 filings. The last link is saying they completed their review but basically don't do it again or we will take further action.. could it be that they just didn't satisfy whatever the SEC was concerned over in 2012 to their liking for 2013? We filed the 10K on 3/31... we were suspended shortly after on 4/10.
I'm like the rest of you, just trying to figure this out... but surely the company would have addressed a paperwork issue ... Right?
Seriously, what could have happened between 2/4/14 and 4/10/14 to cause the suspension?? And don't tell me insider selling shares... from what we know it was all done legally... granted A TON of forms.. but still nothing illegal about it to our knowledge.

Take a look at the below correspondence between Growlife and the SEC The last one references they have completed their review. I'm sure it is standard language everything after that.
But to say they knew this was going to be suspended I think is a bit of a stretch???
There are no other documents that have been published by the SEC at this point to factually prove Growlife knew anything.
Keep in mind this all dates back to the 2012 filings. (So if this is the reason for the suspension, this information has been out there and WE ALL had the chance to do something before the suspension)
