Jeff, the RRC only mandated those rates due to the gas situation and while curing the moisture problem and proceeding with the lateral drilling.  After all is said in done it is back to the original 192  BOPD and much higher estimates.  Good luck with your trial!  You don't fool any of us "Geo"!  Obsession at it's best!
