So my bad....I thought I read Barry was talking June/July when it really must have been July/August. If that is "certificate", then the timetable I was contemplating would be delayed about 45 days.
If the receipt of certificate is July/August......then worst case scenario, ticket sales would then move from May (my estimate) to late June/early July.
Well..........not for nothing, but Baltia is CERTAINLY a lot further along in this process than EVER before in its history.........
