The bigger buyers keep stepping up in the low 3's so no dice for the bears. NSS starts to become extremely dangerous if they can't keep the price moving lower. The buyers are showing only a fraction of what they are trying to accumulate, which I think could be  in excess of 10 million shares, otherwise they won't get filled on bid.

CDEL just took off a bunch of shares on bid to make themselves look weaker in order to tempt the bear into giving him more shares. NSS for today well over 70% from what I see.
