Some Suggesttions:
1. When you click on reply, have the text window get immediate focus, so you can just start typing your response.
2. Add a keyboard shortcut Ctrl+Enter to create the post. Saves pushing on the create button.
3. Allow 8 words in the subject line that show in the message list
