It's been the case for a few months. Matt is aware and will be taking action. Scottrade were caught lying to customers. I believe Matt has around 20 emails from different investors and traders.

If you know someone that can't buy through Scottrade, ask them to get the reason in writing  that they are not able to purchase shares from Scottrade and forward it to matt@bcapent.com
