One thing I will mention-yes, Lonnie Hayward relinguished his c class shares-99.5%. Now it is my understanding he did not legally have to do that-he could have just gone right on selling, but I think he realized the value of doing this for the betterment of HIMR in the long run, and for him personally also, so that speaks volumes to me.
